Big Movers LLC is not liable for any damage or loss to items that are not properly packed or labeled by the customer. We offer basic liability coverage, and additional insurance options are available upon request.

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items that are illegal or unsafe. Customers must inform us of any items that require special handling.
