Big Movers LLC Refund Policy

Eligibility for refunds: Customers who cancel 4 or more days prior to scheduled appointment

Refund methods: Refunds will be issued through original payment method

Partial Refund: If you cancel 3 days before scheduled appointment, you will only be refunded 50% of the deposit

No Refund: Scheduled appointments with customers and they are a no show will result in no refund.
